It was reasonably popular for a while. Bradley came out with a newer model of it called the Kimura 2. If you're interested in this one, you should check the newer one out. It looks a bit more refined, and for a solid balisong, the price is definitely right.

It is a bit awkward looking. It flips alright but the stainless handles are really heavy...
