For a long, long time, I was avoiding Blackhawk! products because I felt that the overtly "tactical" marketing from the company was "too trendy". Then Bob at Knivestown put me on to the Hornet II and I was thrilled with the build quality and features of that blade. So...I decided to get another Blackhawk!; the Point Man. Again, the build quality on this Taiwan-made knife is astonishing. And the features are great; G10 handle scales with perfect texturing, nicely ground Aus8a blade (came very sharp out of the box), perfect gnurling on the thumbstud, 4-way positional pocket clip...and more. In fact this knife is FREAKISHLY GOOD...and under $70. I have a single "knock" on this knife and the Hornet II; the locking liner is a little thinner than I like. Other than that, the value of this knife and the Hornet II is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
