My Sweetie recently asked for a knife similar to the first one I gave her .. only, w/ natural wood scales. To the best of my knowledge, Case never scaled their X1154 in wood.  Soooooo .. I asked a couple iKC friends for advice. The discriminating criteria was the size & wood (preferably dark) scales. I received not only this suggestion .. but also, a cost effective source. I promised I'd post a pic & short review when it arrived. Here's the pic .. I'll review a bit later .... got some sharpening to do at the moment :)
