We stress situational awareness with the Cadets, and I use the trainer at times as a learning tool. The gentleman beside me is one of the last students that the late great Col. Rex Applegate taught his method of Point Shooting to, and he was kind enough to teach me the basics of the method in a one-on-one training format. Good stuff...
