Mikov automatic made in the Czech Republic. The one on the left is a newer model with a Lion holding a sword insignia on the plastic handle. the one on the right is a 1980s model with a slightly off set middle of blade. There are also other differences.

Just looked at your collection Terry, very nice! I have been in the Mikov factory a number of times. Business is getting slow for them it seems... but I believe if they get their marketing in shape they still have alot to offer. If you were speaking about Ladislav Besdek from Mikov, I know him. My wife taught him Engish... Small world.
