Someone did a proper job on replacing the scales on this one.  For whatever reason, they normally have the toothpick and tweezers facing away from the keyring.  I prefer them up, to prevent them from dropping out.

Happens to be a cuticle pusher, brother D.

Best mod I've seen with one though is a chisel.
