Logo,above Solingen looks like a "G" with some letters inside the G. Not sure what the letters are yet. Any ideas or information is greatly appreciated. Peace Friends

Hi Robert, The stamp " Made in Germany" is at the end of the blade, just abouve the brass piece. It very hard to see because of the rust & pits. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean it without hurting the stamp?? Thank you.
