Yep! That's it exactly!

Other than the shield on the Schrade they appear to match up almost perfectly. A slight difference can be seen in the blade shapes. The Schrade appears to sit lower and there doesn't appear to be very much if any of the tang notch rising above the bolster -- almost like a Robeson Pocket-Eze. Whereas the Corneta does have a pretty high tang shoulder rising above its bolster. The placement of the nail nicks also vary slightly. Interesting! Thanks for the side by side comparison, Brad. They say we all have a twin somewhere. I think we just discovered the Schrade's!

Ron,

I was thinking the same thing, so I pulled my 7OT out of the knife roll last night for comparison. The bolster angles match up pretty close.

The angles of those bolsters remind me of an old Schrade.
