Good one Gary, I've tried several times on eBay for one like this but never came up to winning price. I favor hawkbills and cotton samplers. I expect one day I may find one of the loom fixers for my collection.

I'm told that this knife was use in cotton mills to work around the looms (threads) . If anyone else has any info please let us know Gary P.S. thanks for the comment it is a beautiful knife
