My first stainless blades in the series. From Niolox (alternatively known as SB1) steel. Which will be hardened and Cryo'd to rockwell 61. I hope I can still get them finished before the knifeshow next month.

I've almost got one. I just need a method to protect the stainless from oxygen and......access to some liquid nitrogen.

OK next thing you need is a way to heat treat!

I know I can...but a lot rests on my heat treater :-) I'll be finishing up the last one this weekend. And then I ship them off to Germany for heat treatment. If they're back fast....I might be able to finish all of them in time.
