Maker unmarked. Possibly Stone River. I have another NRA knife stamped Stone River that came in an identical box.
Received the knife as a premium for extending my NRA membership.
The flag was flown over the US Capital in Washington. Senator Shelby provided the flag.

The flag cost us about $12. We have a certificate telling when it flew over the Capital. They actually run them up over the Capital and fly it for a short time. My wife doesn't think they do that any more. We got it through our US senator.
