Emerson's CQC8 design represents one of those "magical" moments in knife history. I'm talking about a rare spot in time when a revolutionary design is produced. As a huge fan of the CQC8, I was really pleased to see Emerson come out with the Horseman...a smaller version of the full-size CQC8. While it is certainly "smaller", don't think that it is a small knife. It has a 3 1/2" long blade and measures 8 1/2" overall. Like all Emersons, 154cm steel (black blade on mine), G10 handle scales (perfectly textured), and titanium liners. Total quality...all the way. Emerson...#1 Hard Use Knives in the World.
