Steve, I think the first two marks on the top left are the ones on the reverse side.

Yes Steve. The mark is "True American".   It has Lewistown, Pa. on the reverse side. It also has writing above that but never could make it out.

This is my favorite little hatchet. I have had this one for many years and it has seen a lot of use while hunting, fishing, camping and around the house. When the task is a little too much for my knives this one usually does the job.
