This is an outside pet King Snake. I've found him for three springs in a row. Each year he comes out of hibernation and just lies in my backyard. I find him when I walk my dog and "capture" him again for photos. Then I release him. Sometimes I see him several times a year and sometimes only once. Everytime he remembers me and is tame and gentle. He loves being held. He is a big King Snake, about 6ft. long.
