TY D ale The Kiridashi was designed for fine woodworking in Japan. The 0 degree angle on one side makes it possible to get into very tight spots and make very delicate inlays into wood and other materials.

The steel is a scrap from my dad I "believe" it's one of his Ebay purchases but could also be one of Ethan Lee's Damascus.
