The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
This is another small front opening tab gent's folder by Phil Tham. This one features a 2.5" Randy Haas (HHH) Damascus blade (predator pattern), beautifully matched Mammoth bark ivory scales, and acid etched steel bolsters.

One thing I like about these Tham knives is the opening tab (don't know why more knifemakers don't use them on smaller knives). For smaller, one-hand-opening knives I find it easier to open than trying to fumble with a thumb stud. Here's a quick video of opening this knife that I made a while ago.

What a beauty!
On a sad note, I just learned that Phil is not making knives anymore. So, the three I have will remain special to me.
Very nice!
