The bronze head has an inlaid bit of file steel and 4 sterling silver inlays along with an overlay of silver on the bowl and rim. The maple haft has a brass and silver snake wrapped around it with an inlay ribbon with "Don't tread on me". This piece was inspired by the Gadson flag of 1754. The pipe is hinished with a silver mouth piece and an ebony stopper.
