This knife was made to spec for a customer. He supplied the design, chose the materials (from what I had available) and asked for a couple of extras. I built it and sent him regular updates as a Work In Progress type thing. We both had fun with it and at the end I dropped the knife off at his house and we had a nice chat.

Made from Suminagashi steel with a White Paper steel core. with a convex grind. With nickelsilver pins holding blue and silver twill G-10 bolsters and Mun Ebony scales to the full tang. The Lanyard hole is fashioned from a .22 shell as is the little "inlay". The shells were supplied by my customer.

The sheath was dyed with streaks to match the lines of the layers on the blade. With black leather lanyard thong and sterling silver skull bead

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
