Bill, I had a question for you regarding this set.  I believe the knife certs for these say the Ebony handle production date was May 13, 2012 and the Burnt Stag was May 21, 2012.  Do you know what the date on the certificate for the Amber Stag knife is?

You use the same technique that I do -- I take lots of pics and narrow it down to the best of the worst. Lol!

Thank you kindly Ron and Stephen!    I'm working hard on  the pics.  There's plenty of room for improvement of my camera work.  LOL  I take a large number pics to weed out a few good shots.  It helps to have a good looking knife for a subject.  Best regards
