  Thanks a lot. There's a #92 by the tang stamp so I  guess that must be the year They were issued.

I have this same set that I purchased from Smokey Mountain Knife Works for Christmas in 1992 or 93.

I am afraid that i don't remember the number of sets made or what I paid for it at that time.

I think i have a copy of the ad for it somewhere and will look around and see if i can find it.
