The Buck Paradigm Model 337 is a good solid, well balanced knife with fine fit and finish. The handle material is a black and blue G10 - the blue is more subdued until you put it in the bright light ; Blade smooth satin finish; C. S30V hard steel that is sharp upon arrival; Pocket clip rides high and is a comfortable wear; The slide bolster function is a very easy thumb operation in both directions and a slight push with the fore finger to the serrated blade flipper will cause the blade to appear with attitude ( watch where your fingers are and where you point the rascal and then just hold on... lol); When locked,
apply enough pressure and you can produce the slightest hint of side movement with no up and down at all; and of course USA made with Forever Warranty. Tacticals are not my usual pattern of choice, but I would not hesitate to purchase the 337 again. All the best, Bill

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
