I thought that was a old Catt. Cattaraugus at first.. Good looking Hibbard knife.

Don't know anything much about that particular knife, I do know that most of their knives were made for them by Ulster and Camillus. Their cutlery division was closed about 1960. You may do a search under those brand names to find some info on a comparable knife. I will see if I can locate anything on it for you also. I guess you are trying to find out the value?

I have a guy that is wanting to sell a hibbard spencer bartlett large trapper with a buffalo on the handle.  Do you know anything about this knife
