Thanks Steve, I'm not sure of it's age, I think it came from my wife's grandparents, I assumed it was from the 1960's initially as it's chrome vandium, but then found out that chrome vandium was invented in the 20's, I saw some steak knifes on line with similar handles and stamp dated from late 1940's early 50's so could be the same, I know the Richards works in Sheffield was closed in the 1970's, it's only a partial tang but blade takes a real edge.
