There is a story behind this cake.  I don't like icing on cake.  Usually if a cake has very much icing on it, I will scrape it off before I eat it.  So my daughter Caren asked Publix to make a birthday cake for me and leave a corner uniced.  It was an unusual request for Publix.  The baker had to ask the manager if they could do it!  LOL

The hunting scene was because I am a hunter.  Beep Beep is what my three old grandson Danny, sitting beside me, calls me.  That came about because I will touch the kids noses and go "Beep beep!"

Very fitting and well decorated cake. Can't think of a more deserving guy to get that cool of a cake. I will tell you again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Don't tell me! Let me guess...It's a chocolate mousse cake?
