The frame and main clip is the same as the other 5 inch Toothpicks. Rough Rider simply added a new blade(separated with a full brass spacer) to the knife. This is the typical Hook disgorger/scaler/cap lifter blade. The Scaling blade also includes a 3.5 inch ruler and it is slightly magnetic.
