This Miniature has no size comparison but is actually smaller than the Scottish Dirk. there are 15 pieces of square wire that are all hard soldered together, my jewelry Instructor said it was Impossible..... The pin back is 1.5 inches Blade is High carbon steel scabbard is leather lined brass with Sterling silver, the hilt, guard, and pommel are Mammoth Ivory Sterling Silver and red felt. Total length is just under 4 inches. My 1st Miniature Sword... ok I admit when someone tells me something Can't be Done I take it as a Challenge.....
