Michael D.

I am sorry I cant answer your questions. I dont collect Hen and Rooster, I know nothing about them. The knife has never been out of the display. I bought it because it looked nice to me and I bought it from a friend that meant a lot to me. I'm sure you could ask John McCain these questions and he can probably answer them for you.

Firstly the display is absolutely gorgeous. I love it.

But displays like this always raise a lot of questions for me. Like who produced this fantastic clock display? It wasn't Hen & Rooster because they never made it to 140 years! I'm assuming it was marketed by Frost because they own the H&R trademark. How was the display offered? On line only for example.

So my next question is the knife. Does it just have H&R markings? Any other markings? Do you know where it was manufactured? Assembled? Who's telling you this? Is there any paperwork?

Thanks.

Thanks for the compliments friends. I purchased this from Mike Fox about two years before he passed away.

It sits above my desk and I think of him everytime I look at it.

I love it!  No matter what time it is, it is always time for a knife!

That's sure a "sharp" looking clock you have there! That is a really nice duo.
