The image on the knife is the lighthouse off of Mackinac Island, Round Island Lighthouse. That's good researching Charles!

I received this additional info from ScrimshanderS about this knife.  Makes my $16 price sound even better.

"We sell the little canoes in our shops for $75-85.00, depending upon the artist, Charles.  We carry about 10-12 different styles of Rough Riders, all scrimmed with different designs.  We also carry American made knives (Buck and Bear and Kershaw) which we “play with “ a little (change out the handles, etc) and then scrimshaw.  These are gorgeous and of course, more expensive."

Thanks Tim.  It turns out the scrimshaw is done by hand, not machine.  It is original art work.  See picture no. 6.

I am quite satisfied with the $15.99 price with free shipping that I paid for this knife!
