It's a great sheath.  It fits perfectly.  There is a little strip of leather in the box if you want to run it through the holes to tie it around the handle but it's pretty secure.  I don't think you need to tie it in.

I do like that silver stag!  Great blade!  How is the sheath that comes with these?
