thanks Lantz.it does have a cool effect. it is sharp too. much sharper than I expected it to come. not going to have to touch it up for first throw even. the spike is not sharp at all, which I believe is intended so that it doesnt get stuck as bad. thanks again !

picked up this little hatchet this last weekend.. have not used yet, but seems balanced and sharp as a good knife.. should throw pretty good. hope to get a chance to try it out tomorrow.
