D ale check out http://www.muskratmanknives.com/   he does conversions that are pretty sweet. I've seen a youtube video where he uses the existing shield as the release button.

I do like a swinguard.

Actually .. rather impractical. At least .. for pocket carry. The swing guards just have a way of snagging something / anything during the withdrawal from the pocket process.

Nonetheless .. I've a Queen # 01L that is pretty dear ..&.. a Case Cheetah Cub (611 1/2 L) I'm rather fond of too.

I'd REALLY like a Cheetah Cub .. automated. However .. I've neither the courage to do it myself ..or.. the funds to purchase it outright.

That one's on the "bucket list".
