Ok, ok...OK! I know that many people are all kinds of excited about Spyderco's new Para Military 2 design. I have to say that while I really do dig Spydies, I'm not quite as hot and bothered about the V2 model. Why?

Well, the Para's previous iteration makes for an exceptional EDC knife...that can double as a tactical tool when needed. I have become somewhat taken with Spyderco's Digi Camo G10. In fact, I have a full size Military/Black and a Para/Satin with it. My Military has the black colored blade...and it just looks hot. Well...when the Para came out with the DC handle...it had a Satin finished blade (which I really enjoy). Well...I recently had the opportunity to pick up another Para Digi Camo...this time with the black blade. This is an incredible looking edition...and serves as a great reminder that the previous Para's design is superb.

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
