I'm a big fan of Spyderco's Manix pattern. Shown here is the latest in the FRN series. This one does have a couple of tweaks past it's translucent Blue predecessor:

1. It has an adjustable pivot.
2. The Ball Cage is in Black Polymer rather than transparent.
