One of the interesting things about knives is the various differences that an experienced and discerning eye can find in each "level" of knife. To be sure, there are "good", "better" and "best" amongst knives. As great as Benchmade and Spyderco knives truly are, most discerning collectors recognize that the Chris Reeve Knives Sebenza and Unumzaan are quite a bit nicer. The fit, finish...attention to very small details...all add up to make for a markedly "better" knife. The uneducated person will just see "knives" and not know what makes a Sebenza nicer than a Benchmade of Spyderco. Likewise, there are knives that are even nicer than the incredible blades that Chris Reeve Knives produces. Shown here is a perfect example from one of history's true ELITE knifemakers; Allen Elishewitz. The quality on this Omega M5 is just too perfect to describe...yes, nicer than a Sebenza...by quite a bit. If you haven't experienced a custom knife from Allen Elishewitz, you really need to as it truly just doesn't get any better than this...
