This just arrived today, along with its twin, well almost twin. This one has an aluminum stop pin while the other has a screw similar to the others on this one.
came fairly sharp, but 20-25 minutes with a set of diamond cards have it now shaving sharp.
The aluminum handles are thin, giving this knife a less than 1/4 inch thickness, but feels surprisingly good in hand. Kept this one out to play with and possible mod a bit.

Kyley Harris was using modified Peasent knife blades, from Svord, to make a nice small fixed blade.  Put a wicked convex grind on them that was top notch.  It was such a good mix that Svord has  a variant on their site.

Thought of upgrading the scales, Jan. It'll all depend if I can get the correct length Chicago. Screws. This version is about half of the wood scaled Peasants.
I've got some oak that would be good.
Covering the aluminum with leather is also on the table.
