This particular knife has is patterned after the Victorinox Tinker and like some of the early Vic Tinkers the flat interior side of the Phillips Screwdriver doubles as file. The blades are hard to open but overall for a 30+ year old Swiss Army knock-off I'd say this is a pretty decent knife.
