Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

The best part about obtaining $10.00 knives from brands like Tac-Force or Wartech is that they are easy to upgrade....or so I thought. I have a whole new appreciation for the skills of those who make folders or fixed blades with scales. To make the knife look as good as or better (the goal) then the original out-of-box is not as easy as it looks.

This is my Tac-Force White Speedster Persian style folder refitted with African Wenge wood scales. The original scales were white composite.

I must have done a good job, as this one also sold within three days of listing it on my shop.

"Probably preaching to the choir here, Kevin. I suspect most who post here feel the same way."

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
