Thanks Ron! We've had that caramel for over a month and give some out to our mailman and friends. It's so rich you can only eat a small piece. usually our friend that makes it cuts it in to 1 x 2 inch pieces and wraps it in wax paper but I guess figured the heck with all that extra work! Won't let loose the recipe, we've tried.

We usually get it only on Holidays so this was a surprise! It was twice that size!

That is such an eXXXquisite knife! Great pic, too! A giant slab of caramel, a great knife and a cup of joe. It doesn't get much better than that! I envy you of all that caramel, Max. If it gets to be too much for ya just give a shout-out, I'll come a runnin'!
