The finished knife, I call it my Appalachian Skinner

The end of the rat tail was actually screwed into the elk antler. A black spacer was placed between the guard and the antler. The tang was also held in place with Gorilla Glue. It isn't going anywhere. Some final sanding was done to get the antler to smoothly blend into the guard.

very nice I have done a few file knifes also they are very popular and the look is different
