Bryan,

If you ever have an opportunity to grab one of these older Hen & Rooster knives that were made when Mr. A.G. Russell owned the brand (75 to 80), I will heartily encourage you to do so. And, I can do that with the personal assurance that you won't regret it! They are just great knives. Period! Production knives just aren't made like this anymore.
