Made a bit of progress on the Persian as well. A nice full flat grind. Should come out as a nice knife.

And Ron. I've actually not decided on a handle material yet. I'm kind of hoping that very soon I'll be getting a very large batch of stabilised wood back from the guy who's doing it for me. Then I should have access to some very nice stabilised sycamore and Walnut amongst other things.
