To the best of my knowledge Tim, this is a "CADD Blade" used by Jeff Harkins for his Triton OTF (I attempted to post all I know about it in MY BLOG.  I hope this clears up my muck for you and if there was a better way to post Jeff's info with the pictures I will be happy to edit/re-post..
