I decided to strip the black finish off my ka-bar, cause it was all chipped and ugly from use. Normally I don't mind a knife looking well used, but I also thought it would look nice with it off. I left the black in the fullers, which gives it a sort of two tone blade which I think looks pretty sweet.

I like it! it really looks better than with the original black coating.
