Victorinox 84 mm Sportsman II
At least I think it is a Sportsman II. It might be an Assistant. Or it could be an Elinox Sportsman. What ever it is, it has a key ring but no tweezers or toothpick and an Elinox shield. It probably is a pre-1980 model but as I can't find much on it, I just don't know for sure.
