Well, this one is highly uncommon. The blade locks in the fully open position and you have to deploy the nail file half way out to unlock it. There are several other larger SAK's that have locking blades like liner lock and a pin lock both Wenger and Victorinox.

Thanks for sharing.  I dont think I have ever seen a SAK with a locking blade
