It even comes with a comb and a mirror so a guy could get all gussied up on a Saturday night in the woods! lol
It truly does come with just about anything you could need in a real survival situation. And, as J.J. so aptly pointed out, it also comes with some band-aids in case you cut yourself while you're trying to figure out how to use it!
