Victorinox Alox(aluminum alloy) Cadet model knives. They have bottle openers and can openers along with a main blade. The 2 differences are the Cadet II model has a small blade and the regular Cadet has the nail file as shown opened here. This finish is called Red or Silver Ribbed Alox and is discontinued and very collectible.
