Wes-Cut was the economy line of Western States Cutlery which was later shortened to Western Cutlery. This circa 1950's Wes-Cut K5 Hunting Knife originally had a stacked leather handle. This knife was recently re-handled with a beautifully deep grooved stag antler. A solid brass finger guard was added and the spine of the blade was file-worked. The work was not done by me. The blade measure 4 3/8" with an OAL of 8 1/2"
