The first rifle produced by Czechoslovakia after WW II was the self-loading VZ-52. The rifle had a knife bayonet that folded back on the fore stock when not in use. This bayonet, also commonly referred to as the VZ-52 57, was only in use for a short period between 1952 and 1957.

The VZ 52 was the only rifle that I know of to be chambered in the 7.62 x 45 ammo.  Of course the 7.62x39 is the AK ammo and the 7.62x51 is the NATO .308 equivalent.  The 7.62x45 only lasted this one rifle as subsequent models went tp the 7.62x39 chamberings.

I believe the VX52/57 was a stop-gap 'fix' to rechamber the odd 7.62x45 chamberings into a more standard 7.62x39.
