Thanks Jan, Adam and Leo the scandi grind is a first for me it will be interesting to see how I get on with it. I always think of the scandi as being a bushcrafter sort of knife , I have little need of bushcraft in the urban environment where I live at present so we shall have to see if a little whittling will suit it !

Dead I have no knives with thumb studs so this will be a new experience for me . My only concern about the thumb stud was if it would make sharpening more awkward on the Edge Pro . So far I have avoided thumb studs mainly because opening knives with a sort of rapid flick sort of thing would give people here a very nasty shock . An innocent little slip joint can upset folk in the UK , and as for the Police they don't like knives at all !!

Kees the Borka is a great looking knife the only reason for preferring this one is I like the liner lock the best . For no particular reason I might add especially as locking knives are frowned on in this country .

I have the s30v on the PK70 Enzo and am very happy with it , despite what Mike Stewart say's about it . Just thought it would be good to try the D2 which I have so far only in a couple of Queen knives.

I am so into these Enzos -- especially with the thumb stud!  I know the thumb stud can limit the cutting abilities -- but it can also be use to create an extremely strong lock-up (I really hope that's what they did here)!

Give us updates when you get it!!!!!!!!!!
